I recently purchased a Renault traffic from low cost vans Bristol and i really wish i never did. If i could give a minus scoring and of avoided this nightmare i would have. Initially every thing was OK, i purchased a van after low cost vans agreed to fix a few things. I was told the van would be ready on the Monday in 3 days time, Monday turned into Tuesday and Tuesday quickly became next week frustrated that i was unable to collect the van and was unable to work until i could i finally got the message the van was ready to collect. I made the hour and a half drive to collect my van to find that some of the faults had not be fixed, i was told to drive down to their sister company to have these fixed (vans 365). on leaving low cost vans i noticed that the steering wheel was not straight so asked vans 365 (same owner) to fix this for me, after some haggling i was finally told to drive to a local garage in Bristol to have the work done with no charge. once completed i drove the van home with no problems however as soon as i arrived at my front door multiple warning lights came on the dash. i tried the van the next day and all of a sudden i had the air bag light, engine management light, ABS light all on. Along with the ABS light that would only come on when i turned left the van would violently pull left. I contacted low cost vans who to my surprise were willing to accept a refund. i had to wait a few more days to 'confirm' it was OK to return the van back for a full refund which meant more days out of work. I wasn't willing to drive the van 50+ miles back to low cost vans due to the pulling when turning left so i had the van recovered out of my own expenses. The van was dropped off on the Monday and i was told it would be up to 3 days for a refund, i explained i was in desperate need of the money so would be grateful if this could be sooner but was told to wait for the 3 days. 2 days went passed and i had not got my refund to i text low cost vans who replied stating that the accountant had to unwind the contract and process the refund. Another day went by with no refund so i contacted low cost vans again with no reply. again a few hours later with no reply and again the next day with no reply. Frustrated i rang vans 365 as i remembered they were owned by the same person. Although a little reluctant to help the manger there did say he would look into it for me. after constantly nagging for an answer i was finally told that staff had walked out of low cost vans and had not processed my refund. I informed vans 365 that i needed the money immediately to pay my bills as they were all due and they said they were still unable to help. Unfortunately my bills all bounced and i took a screen shot of texts from my bank showing that all my bills had bounced due to no funds. Even though the van being back up for sale on the Tuesday (the next day) i still had no refund almost a week later. i was hit with bank charges for unpaid bills as i advised vans 365 that my bills were all due on the Friday and due to not having a van and them having my money i was unable to work. This resulted in all my bills bouncing and i have now missed my mortgage payment which has not only resulted in me having bank and lender chargers but i am now unable to remortgage due to a missed payment. all in all i wish i had never dealt with low cost vans Bristol/vans 365. Although vans 365 helped a lot more than low cost vans i was still out of pocket for over a week and now not only have the recovery charges i paid for the van which were never offered back to me but i am now also financially affected as a result of purchasing a van from low cost vans. You have been warned.

Recently did some business with Matt at Low Cost Vans (Bristol) Ltd and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with! When I first phoned I explained I was some 540 miles away in the North of Scotland but he had the exact van I was looking for so was prepared to purchase the vehicle without seeing it and certainly after chatting to him I felt confident enough to go ahead with the deal. Once everything was sorted out he kindly agreed to pick me up from Bristol airport which meant I could have a quick turnaround for the long journey home! He even took time to phone me when he thought I would arrive back just to make sure all was okay. Although we are at opposite ends of the country I'd have no hesitation in dealing with Low Cost Vans again! Thanks again Matt and your staff. Billy

Awesome service from friendly and knowledgeable staff, great communication and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and have already recommended them to family and friends....... I'd give them six stars if I could !!!

Recently bought a van from low cost vans. Matt, lewis and will were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very honest and reliable would definitely recommend and use again.

Recently just purchased my second van from Low cost vans (Bristol). Really friendly and helpful service. Looking forward to buying my third.
